The circular colonaded structure as originally known as the Circular House, when it was opened in 1927 located at the Sansad Marg, which runs parallel to the Rajpath. The Parliament of India (or Sansad) is the federal and supreme legislative body of India. It consists of two houses – the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. |
